Terms of Use
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dubbing Maker. By creating an account, purchasing dubbing minutes, uploading a file or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who operates the service

2. What Dubbing Maker provides
Dubbing Maker is a web service for converting user-uploaded video or audio into a dubbed output in another language. Users upload a source file, choose languages, spend prepaid dubbing minutes and download the generated output when processing is complete.
The service may perform speech separation, transcription, translation, voice generation, audio/video mixing, file storage and other automated processing steps needed to create the output.
3. Accounts and login
You need an account to purchase minutes, upload files, start jobs and access your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, create legal risk or attempt to interfere with normal operation.
4. Dubbing minutes and billing
Dubbing Maker sells prepaid dubbing minutes. Minutes are a service credit used to run dubbing jobs. The required minutes for a job are calculated from the duration of the uploaded video or audio, rounded according to the rules shown in the app.
Minutes are not a stored monetary balance, bank deposit, gift card or currency. They can be used only inside Dubbing Maker and have no cash value except where a refund is required by law or handled by the payment provider.
We may reserve minutes before a job starts. If the job completes successfully, the reserved minutes are charged. If the job fails because of a service-side processing error, the reserved minutes should be returned automatically.
5. Payments, taxes and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which may act as merchant of record. Checkout may include taxes, VAT, invoices, payment methods, fraud checks and refund handling based on your location and Lemon Squeezy's policies.
If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding minutes may be removed from your account. If you have already used the minutes, your balance may be reduced accordingly or other reasonable corrective action may be taken.
If you believe minutes were not credited correctly, a job failed without refunding reserved minutes, or a payment was handled incorrectly, contact us at support@dubbingmaker.com.
6. Your uploaded content
You retain ownership of the files you upload and the content they contain. By uploading a file, you give us the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, analyze, transform and generate a dubbed output from that file.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you have all rights, licenses, permissions and consents needed to upload, process, translate, dub, download and use the resulting output. This includes copyright, performer rights, voice rights, privacy rights, publicity rights and any other applicable rights.
7. Generated outputs
Dubbing outputs are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, timing issues, pronunciation differences, mistranslations, voice or speaker mismatches, audio artifacts or other quality issues. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before public, commercial or professional use.
Dubbing Maker does not grant you rights to any third-party content. If the input file contains copyrighted, licensed, private or otherwise restricted material, you must ensure that your use of the output is lawful.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use Dubbing Maker to upload, create, process or distribute:
- content you do not have the right to process;
- illegal, abusive, exploitative, harassing, defamatory or hateful content;
- content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, performer, trademark or other rights;
- malware, harmful files or content intended to disrupt systems;
- misleading impersonation, fraud, scams or deceptive synthetic media;
- content designed to bypass law, platform policies or security controls;
- uploads or automated requests that overload, scrape, probe or abuse the service.
We may remove content, block downloads, suspend processing, limit accounts or terminate access where we believe these Terms have been violated or where continued processing creates legal, security or operational risk.
9. File retention and downloads
Dubbing Maker is not intended to be permanent file storage. Input files are intended to be deleted after processing when technically practical. Generated outputs are intended to be available only for a limited download window, typically up to 24 hours unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing any output you wish to keep.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Dubbing Maker may be unavailable, delayed or degraded because of maintenance, traffic, provider outages, GPU/compute availability, file size, file format, payment issues or errors in third-party services.
We may change features, pricing, minute packages, supported formats, supported languages, retention windows, limits and technical implementation over time.
11. Third-party services
Dubbing Maker uses third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, databases, payment processing, compute and language processing. Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies, especially during checkout and login.
12. Fair use and limits
We may apply reasonable limits to file size, duration, concurrent jobs, upload rate, download windows, API usage and account activity. These limits help keep the service available, predictable and economically sustainable.
13. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free output and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, navcode s. r. o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of content, business interruption or reputational harm arising from use of Dubbing Maker.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail payment checks, abuse the system or if required by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
