Dubbing Maker sells prepaid dubbing minutes. This page explains how minutes, failed jobs and payment refunds are handled.
Prepaid minutes
Minutes are service credits for AI dubbing jobs. They are not cash, deposits, stored value or gift cards and can be used only inside Dubbing Maker.
Failed processing jobs
When a job starts, Dubbing Maker reserves the estimated number of minutes. If a job fails because of a service-side processing error, reserved minutes are designed to be returned automatically.
User-side issues
Problems caused by unsupported media, incorrect language selection, insufficient rights to source content, browser interruption or poor source audio may not qualify for a payment refund, but contact support if minutes were charged incorrectly.
Payment refunds
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors. If a purchase is refunded, the matching minutes may be removed from the account, including already-used minutes where needed.
